I called at midnight on a Friday and the dispatcher confirmed an appointment window for 8-11AM that same morning. Shaun was great - he arrived early in the time window and got to the job quickly. There was an issue with a specialized part that broke during installation, and he followed through with great communication until the job was totally completed. I’m not knowledgeable about plumbing, but as far as I can tell, the quality of the work looks good. The cost was not cheap, but I am pleased with the service and the quality of work. Make sure to look for coupons on their website.

At first the online scheduler didn't work, but it was very easy to call and set up an appointment. I liked receiving a text with the plumber's photo saying he was on his way. Jason arrived as scheduled. He provided all estimates in writing up front and was very courteous and professional as he explained the plumbing problems he found. I decided to replace my aging water heater, and he returned with my new water heater and finished installing it that afternoon, even when I needed to be away for a few hours. The hot water temperature is now perfect, not too hot when I turn on the hot water tap. Overall a great experience. This is my third home in two states I have trusted Mr. Rooter with my plumbing needs, and I will definitely call you guys again next time!

Jason and Josh did an excellent job fixing our blocked pipes. They were so quick, kind, and efficient. They did amazing, quality work and they were so nice and professional. It was quite a big project, and They took the time to explain what they would be doing every step of the way We are so happy to have working plumbing in our home again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ryan was very professional and did a great job of unclogging the pipes. He was the second plumber of the day. The first guy didn't unclog the drain and then proceeded to say it would take $8,000 to fix the clog. Insane. I called Mr. Rooter and had the fortunate opportunity to meet Ryan, who, instead of trying to make a big sale, took his time and unclogged the line in less than 10 minutes. He showed me what was going on and even showed me what was going to be needed in the future. This is why I'll always use them. Money aside, just being honest to hardworking people is what mattered. I'll never use or refer the other plumbing company to ANYONE, but I'll definitely refer Mr. Rooter to EVERYONE.

John dubose went above and beyond to fix my issue . He placed a clean out valve in the location of the pipe to make it easier to access whenever my pipes get backed up again. He explained everything before proceeding so I understood what he would be doing to fix my backed up pipes and I can tell he defiantly was a Profesional and have been doing this for a long time . He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions . He showed kindness which i appreciated since i was in so much stress over the backup pipes in my bathroom . I would definetly use this company again because it shows they hire the best of the best

I am very satisfied with Jason Johnson and the experience with Mr. Rooter in general! I called in the evening and was placed on the emergency wait line for the next day. Jason came shortly before noon and I immediately had a good feeling about him. I showed him the pipe that leaked in the front yard and he patiently listened to me and took an overview. What I really liked was that he showed his knowledge about the whole situation. He didn't just address the leaking pipe but also pointed out the whole system in general and where else could be a problem that is connected or will give me a headache in the future because of the age of the house. He gave me a clear overview, discussed the different solutions and options and how to attack the problem(s). Jason is a really friendly and nice person, showed a deep knowledge and enjoyment in his profession and this poor guy worked in cold, rainy and muddy conditions. When I was out there he showed me the different components and answered my questions and I enjoyed listening to him and learning a few things. He did really great work and I loved the end result. I recommend Jason and Mr. Rooter and definitely will keep their number ready. I like that they use iPads and show the overview of the work and also their invoice with photos and a description of what has been done. 5 stars well earned!

Jim Mahoney and his team of plumbers consisting of Jason Johnson, Andrew Fitch, and Cameron Funk were exceptional in the service they provided. I had major damage to my home because of plumbing issues from living in an older home. Jim sent his team out and they not only were thorough in fixing my plumbing issues, they educated me about the contributions I was causing that would eventually lead to more unnecessary problems. I would highly recommend any of the plumbers (Jason, Andrew, and Cameron) to anyone that might have plumbing issues in the Atalanta area. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and timely with their services. Also, the owner, Jim, is a gem. He really showed that he cared about my situation and made sure that I was taken care of and that the work was completed to my satisfaction. It was such a pleasure working with each of them. I was very pleased with the service from Mr. Rooter. My tech, Jason, was friendly, timely, upfront about pricing, discussed options, and executed the job promptly. I had a water line replaced and the job was performed quickly and professionally with minimal disruption to my landscaping (only grass near the meter). I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and specifically, Jason J. and his apprentice Cameron F. The boring crew was friendly and timely as well.

Mr Rooter sent out a Tech the very next morning. Arrived on time and replaced the pipe. Was very professional and courteous. A few days later there appeared to be a wet spot on outside brick on house. I called Mr Rooter and they sent an inspector out right away. He was very thorough. NO LEAKS, just water trapped in between the walls trying to dry-out. The inspector was also very professional and courteous. I was very pleased from the moment the young lady answered my call to the lady who sent the inspector out. Their professionalism from start to finish was very much appreciated. Highly recommend and Great people to work with!! Hi ….just a quick review of “Mr Rooter” who came to my home fixing and redoing a very clogged “sewer drain line”. The folks from Mr Rooter , Bryan and John and Taylor and Rod who spent a couple of days dealing with this issue did an amazing and excellent job of explaining and keeping us informed as to the issues and procedures of this problem. They worked their rear ends off and spent countless hours getting everything done. I knew they really cared and took the time needed to make sure everything was right and perfect!!! Jason & Daniel were great!! Jason walked us through everything and delivered a fantastic service. It was a descent sized job (replacing the water line water from the meter to the house) and I felt like I got the best installation methods and services. I’m not one to give reviews but I love reading them (yeah, I’m one of those people) but these guys deserve it. I will not hesitate to use them again and already plan on calling them for my tankless water heater flush. Thank guys!!

The job turned out to be a much easier (and cheaper) fix than originally thought. Jay was able to assess the problem quickly and realized it was a less complicated and problem than we had originally thought. They fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and for much less money than we had expected to pay. They were also very polite and easy to work with. Same goes for the office staff - very polite, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

This was the second plumber that I called out to help clean out a sewer line as part of an home selling inspection. Jason was not only professional and very knowledgeable but he worked with me every step of the way to navigate different decision points and solutions. By far a superior experience compared to the other large name plumber I had called out 2 days prior. I'm so glad I got a second opinion. I really appreciated that as a Neighborly company, they sent me a bio and picture of my technician before he arrived. They gave me a 2 hour window versus a 4 hour and called me an hour ahead. Excellent customer service. I also appreciated that pricing was transparent and through the system and not having to trust a random number written on an open ended written invoice. First, I would like to say the Customer Service in the front office was phenomenal. I received callbacks and confirmations. I also was made aware of discounts on their website for the service we needed. After the service was completed, their paperless system conveniently provided us with a receipt for our records. Second, the service technician, Kenneth McNealy, was personable, on time, professional, and helpful. We were able to fully understand the “why” behind the issue and needed repair. He also worked with his manager to ensure they would honor the discounted cost for services discussed when the appointment was scheduled. Lastly, I’m so grateful we decided to go with Mr. Rooter to replace our garbage disposal. I hope to continue doing business with them if the need arises in the future. Much appreciated!

I called Mr. Rooter and arranged to have them send a technician out to determine the cause of my plumbing problem. I had my own idea about the cause, and I was completely wrong. The tech, Ricky Relf, showed me where the problem most likely was. Ricky explained the likely cause of the problem and quoted me a price for the work. It was far less than what I was expecting. I agreed to have him do the work, and he had the problem solved in about an hour. Ricky also answered all of my questions about various plumbing fixtures in my home. Overall, a great job! Thanks!

Alex K was amazing! He was able to diagnose my water heater issue quickly and get me set up with a new one. He arrived promptly on the day of installation and showed me how to operate my new water heater too. During installation he was quick, efficient, and tidy, and was able to even add some reinforcement to an existing filtration system, which should increase its longevity. Ricky Relf does fantastic every time he comes by! He definitely knows his job inside and out! He gives options and he explains what needs to be done and why. He then goes to work quickly and effectively. I rarely hear any noise and the work space is clean as a whistle once done! Oh and he has a heck of a personality! Glad I decided to go with Mr. Rooter and have a chance to meet him.

Great response time. Very courteous. Very helpful. I wanted to be of assistance so I offered several times. At the end he told me to put the shower knob together after the leak was repaired and to screw on the back plate to the wall. I assume he was guiding me as I screwed it back on so I didn't overtighten it that caused the original problem. I am not certain I put the knob back together correctly though. I would recommend them.

Super pleased with the service received and products installed by Mr. Rooter. My kitchen sink disposal had malfunctioned for a few months, and I ignored it until the toilet backed up. Anyway, they were able to schedule me an appointment within a day or two, and the agent fixed and installed a new in sinkaerator that I’m really happy with. The agent, Andrew Fitch, was really knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful. I decided to replace the entire toilet, and the one I got, which was from their own warehouse, has been absolutely amazing. It’s one of those rapid flush and fill up toilets, and he brought it and installed it a few days after that initial appointment. Amazing service, and I plan to use them again for any plumbing issues.

Daniel Relf is by far the most amazing Plummer! Mr. Relf came out, late on a Sunday to help with what we thought was a mainline back up. From the first call not only was he kind, but very informative. He listened and asked questions to understand what was going on in the home and educated us throughout the process. He wasn't able to clear the line and a day later he told us why. Daniel discovered that we were on a septic tank! I was SHOCKED because when we bought the house everything showed that we were on city sewer but NOPE, septic tank. We have had multiple plummers out over the last year and every one of them told us they think we had root intrusion and tried to push pricey services on us. Daniel was not like that. As soon as he discovered the septic tank he informed us and educated us on next steps. Thank you Daniel! I’ll be referring you to anyone who needs a good plummer!

I had a shower that wouldn't shut off on Christmas day. Mr. Rooter actually contacted me on Christmas day and scheduled a repair first thing on the 26th. They also diagnosed that I needed a new water heater and were able to install it on the same day. The plumber that came out was extremely fast and very friendly. I would highly recommend this company. They really got me out of a bind.

Andrew was great, we talked thru the issue and he explained what he was doing and why. He was able to finish in a timely manner and everything working correctly within a couple of hours. While you never want plumbing issues, I would absolutely call Mr Rooter again and request Andrew to do the work.

Luke arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue and fixed the situation. We were hosting a big birthday party later that day, and were extremely relieved! He explained our future options to deal with our aging main sewer line in great detail, and allowed me to get a visual with his camera so I could see the issues for myself. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber! He’s a true professional, through and through!

I am very pleased with Marc and all the people he had working with him. It's hard enough having a water leak but when it happens when you have plans.... Marc explained everything to me and they executed it right down to the letter. This was my 1st time having this issue and if I should have any plumbing problems, I shall contact Mr. Rooter.

We recently had a septic tank issue and contacted Mr. Rooter to come diagnose the problem. The plumber (Jeremy) arrived in a timely fashion and was fully prepared to do any work within his capabilities. He quickly identified the problem and recommended a septic tank expert (Chris with Septic Blue - another stellar individual). Jeremy also did an inspection of our inside plumbing and found another issue that he repaired on the spot. We are glad we used Mr. Rooter would readily contact them again for any needed plumbing repairs and recommend them very highly to anyone. As fate would have it, we had another needed repair with our inside plumbing, unrelated to the above issue. Based on our recent experience with Mr. Rooter, we readily called them again. Alex showed up on time and ready to work. He went right to source and had the problem repaired quickly and correctly. Alex was equal parts knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, tidy and had a terrific personality. We actually enjoyed having him in our home. We are now 2 for 2 great experiences with Mr. Rooter!

Jeremy Hathaway is the man, or as my wife calls him, “a Christmas Miracle”. Our outdoor tankless water heater froze when the temps got below 20. It was Christmas Eve and everyone we called was either all booked, or closed for the holidays. Mr. Rooter Plumbing sent Jeremy who hit several hardware stores to find the equipment we would need to give us the best chance to slowly thaw our frozen pipes without causing them to burst. He wrapped a pipe warmer (my description) next to the pipes, then winterized the pipes to keep the cold air out. Less than 3 hours later, and we had hot water again!! Can’t say enough about Jeremy’s responsiveness, professionalism and quality work. Thank you Jeremy Hathaway and Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

My wife and I had a dire problem with a leak in our master bathroom that dripped through the floor to the lower level. Alex Kozyrau showed up on time after texting to let us know he was on his way. He did a great job finding the source of the leak and fixed it with new, higher quality piping. On the same visit he also replaced our 22-year-old water heater that was showing signs of failure. Through it all Alex patiently answered our many questions and was very knowledgeable about building codes and water heater operation/maintenance. From setting up the appointment through completion of work, we found Mr. Rooter to be a professional, competent, and trustworthy company. We will definitely use them for our future plumbing needs. I had a pretty serious issue come up where my line had a rupture coming into the residence, I contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing Of Roswell where they assigned Marc Bowman to the project, Marc came out, assessed the casualty, provided options and ways to get this handled, and long story short, he was able to organize a plan to make the repairs and address the leak that I was having coming from the ruptured line. I would recommend these services along with Mr. Bowman outstanding work and professionalism in handling projects when it comes to plumbing work! Highly recommended!

I was experiencing plumbing issues and was unsure of where to start or who to call. Brand new home of three(3) years and was now experiencing what appeared to be a bursted pipe/leak. I googled and came across Mr Rooter, amongst other listings, but only felt comfortable contacting this company. Thank God I did. I pray about everything!! I said, "God, let them send me the right person, for me, for our home. Let me explain that the representative, Joshua Vlahos, that they sent me was the epitome of great customer service!! He was courteous, great manners and informative on everything he was doing. I can't rave enough about this young man. He eased my fears and offered alternative solutions. He was effective and efficient. Mr Rooter should definitely, be appreciative of reps like Joshua. It's ppl like him that grow, motivate and maintain the integrity of your business that I know you hope to always maintain. I can't thank you enough.

This is the 3rd time I have used Mr. Rooter to service homes. From personal home modifications, to estimates and repairs, they have always done an amazing job. They are always timely and the technicians are professional and personable.John Dubose provided my most recent service. I was informed when he was on his way. He did an initial touch base with me upon arrival. Then the finishing and follow up process was exceptional. I love that they provide photos of the work they do before and after. Thanks for a job well done. I will definitely use again. This is officially my preferred plumber service.

Late night disaster, main drain clogged rendering all toilets, showers, sinks, ...etc. unable to drain. Called Mr. Rooter dispatch and within 40 min a tech (Jay Akers) was onsite. He made several attempts to clear the blockage with an air auger but concluded it would need a hydro-jet application - which requires a two man crew. Jay and crew returned promptly at 9:00 AM and prior to starting the hydro-jet process scoped the drain with a camera which unfortunately revealed a much worse problem - root intrusion in the main drain - but luckily outside - which Jay quickly located with the help of some high-tech gear. After calling it in Jay had us on the schedule for main drain excavation the following morning, but fortunately Jay was able to make it back out by 4:30 THE SAME DAY and had the problem completely resolved by 5:45 (clean-up and everything). Could not be happier with the service provided by Mr. Rooter, Jay and his team.

Joshua was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the problem that I had. He provided me with a lot of education on how the plumbing really works so I could make an intelligent decision about how to proceed. He even gave me advice on another issue that was present in my basement. He was very personable and we even talked about some of his lived experiences that were a blessing to my soul. I can't wait until he comes back to fix the problem.

Can't say enough good things about this company and the person I worked with. I had an emergency plumbing situation and Daniel was at my place in about an hour. He assessed the situation, communicated everything clearly, told me the possible options ahead of time, and ultimately provided great service. He identified the most cost effective fix and went the extra mile to drive and get parts, even though it was a long drive. He also took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing, and told me about things I could be doing to make sure my plumbing was healthy. Even went under the very right crawlspace to take a look at some other unrelated stuff. It has been a while since I received that level of service. I'm so glad I called. Shout-out to Daniel R. After spending over $1000 with RS Andrew's, I knew it was time to seek other resources. I found Mr. Rooter on Ask Dale's list of trusted plumbers. I called early one morning and they came out the same day. The plumber's name was John and he was amazing. After removing the downstairs toilet, he placed a camera in the line and found the concrete pipes were overgrown with tree roots about 40 feet from the house. However, he still couldn't get a clear view of the sewer line. After digging a 6 ft by 3 ft ditch, he was able to see tree roots causing blockages throughout the entire sewer line resulting in water back flowing into our home. He recommended we replace the line and not waste money cleaning out old concrete pipes only to have the same issues again down the line. They replaced the sewer line at a substantial saving over the other company. The work was completed in three days and we couldn't be happier. Mr. Rooter has our business for life. If you are looking for an honest, reputable, competent team for your plumbing needs, call Mr. Rooter. They will resolve your plumbing needs at a fair price and quality work.

Jay and his crew of Brody and Jason arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and got to work. The issue turned out to be much more complicated than I had hoped and required penetrating part of a concrete pad and digging down to find the line. The drainage line to the septic tank had developed a crack and allowed roots to invade the line. The roots had prevented some paper products to pass and a clog had developed resulting in a backup into the house. The cracked pipe was cut out and replaced with a cleanout so that if a blockage develops in the future, it will be easy to wash away. The crew filled in the hole, removed the destroyed material from the pad, cleaned up their tools, and left the premises.

I am so happy with the meticulous job Ricky Relf and his apprentice Marek did for my property! They completed replacing the main water line running completely under my concrete driveway and garage with no damage to the driveway at all! The copper piping to complete the connection was done perfectly all in about 4 hours. What a relief Ricky even explained to me how to possibly be refunded on my water bill and provided the photos and document receipt I would need!

Ridiculously overpriced! Their charge to find a leak is about twice the cost of other plumbers. Then their solution for fixing the leak was also twice the amount charged by others. Instead of solving the problem, they wanted to replace an entire system unnecessarily. Shameful corporate greed!

07/24/2025.... When You need a HONEST Plumbing Company give them a call.. I got 3 estimates, one was from Roto Rooter the Technician came out quoted Me $1500 to replace a Pressure reduction valve for my hot water heater, also claimed he needed 2 people because he had to weld off the parts to replace them ?? I saw the Mr. Rooter Ad on FB and decided to give them a call ? The call center waived the fee, there is a fee if they come out waived if you use the service... It took one Man less than 20 minutes to fix & replace.. ??? Y'all know I don't give untrue reviews... Call Mr. Rooter if you need repairs Honestly!

WOW!! Where do i start? Mr.Rooter came thru in helping us with our Water Heater. Technician Arthur was AMAZING! In less than 18 hours are issue was resolved and Arthur was so professional in his work. Thank you so much for coming thru specially in these winter days when we need our warm/hot water. My service guy, Arthur, was super customer-friendly and did a fast and fantastic job fixing my leaking pipe. He took time to explain in layman's terms how the pipe system works, from the part that reduces the pressure of the water coming to the house, to the water that flows through the water heater and from there throughout the house. It was eye-opening to see the big picture. He also told me about things I can do to further protect my pipes during winter. Would recommend company to a friend.
